Mayor Edwin M. Lee joined the Mission Child Care Consortium (MCCC) to announce the purchase of their building in the Excelsior neighborhood which they have occupied as renters for nearly 30 years. Mission Child Care Consortium provides subsidized and bilingual early care and education for more than 200 neighborhood children.
