Media must check in at the Public Information Office to sign waivers, put on safety gear, and pick up materials. The escorted caravan to the bridge deck will leave promptly at 10 a.m. The media should allot enough time to check in and gear up before they are escorted to the bridge; media are encouraged to show up at 9:30 a.m. Media should arrive dressed to visit the construction site, including wearing work boots or thick-soled shoes. No exceptions will be made.
