The parade will begin on Market and Steuart Street and will head westbound on Market Street, before continuing on McAllister Street to the Civic Center Plaza.

Credentials: Any of the following credentials will be honored to cover the World Series Parade and Civic Celebration:
•   2014 Regular Season Giants Credential
•   2014 Post-Season Credential Issued by MLB & San Francisco Giants
•   SFPD Issued Press Pass
Credential Request:Â If you do not have one of the above credentials already in your possession, please contact Maria Jacinto at mjacinto@sfgiants.com by 4 p.m. TODAY, to have your name put on a list which will be at both media check-in locations listed below.
Media Check-In: All media will need to check in at either one of the two locations listed below. Once you have shown one of the above credentials or your name is found on the list you will be issued a media wristband. The wristband will either give you access to inside the parade route or access to the designated media platforms at Civic Center Plaza. [The stationary TV platforms along the parade route are for Comcast SportsNet only].
Start of Parade Route: Check-in begins at 10:00 a.m. at the Press Check-In located at the start of the parade route at Mission and Steuart Street. This is the only check-in location that will provide you access to the parade route once you’ve been issued a wristband. Please note that if you are on the parade route, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE to jump on and off of vehicles or impede the progress of the procession in any way.
Civic Center: Check-in begins at 8:00 a.m. at the corner of Grove Street and Van Ness Avenue. There will be a media platform located at Civic Center Plaza across from the steps of City Hall to cover the ceremony. Access to this area will be restricted to those with a media wristband. Locations on the platform will be obtained on a first come, first serve basis.
