Mayor Edwin M. Lee today issued the following statement regarding the announcement of the ACCIC’s decision to reaffirm accreditation for the City College of San Francisco:

“I want to congratulate City College of San Francisco for successfully reaffirming its accreditation. This accomplishment was made possible because of the steadfast commitment and dedication of the students, faculty, staff, administration and trustees of CCSF.

City College has helped to improve the lives of thousands of residents and the accreditation reaffirmation will enable City College to continue to provide a sustainable and accessible environment for students for years to come.

Congratulations to Chancellor Lamb and the Board of Trustees for this great accomplishment.”
